Nevisport offer priority delivery as standard to all customers. Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 8am and 5.30pm using Parcel Force. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year e.g. Bank holidays, during sale times and seasonal holidays. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than times specified.
If you know you will not be at home to accept an order, why not choose to have your order sent to your work or a relative during the checkout? Alternatively, please use the instructions box during the checkout to instruct the courier of a safe place to leave the delivery or a neighbour you trust.
If no instruction has been stated and you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the Parcel Force depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

We aim, but not guarantee to dispatch goods within 24 hours of ordering (orders placed Monday – Thursday) and please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (in most cases you will receive your order much sooner than this).

Redirection of consignment once despatched.
Unfortunately, we regret to say there is a £20 surcharge on any requests to re-route a parcel to a different address once despatched - this charge is levied by our couriers. We recommend that all orders are sent to an address where a signature is available, for example your place of work.
