1. In General

The Terms and Conditions listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between you and Nevisport Ltd. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

By ordering any product from the Nevisport website you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.

Order Process

An order confirmation email is sent to confirm receipt of your order. This email is a confirmation of the goods ordered that does not constitute order acceptance or confirmation by Nevisport.

Payment is taken from your card at the time that we receive your order. If we are unable to supply the ordered goods you will be contacted as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Nevisport will take place on despatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Buying Skis Online

Bindings will be supplied un-mounted in all cases, as it is inadvisable to set up skis without the rider being present. Binding set-up is a service that we provide on skis purchased at nevisport.com, however currently we can only offer free ski servicing facilities in our Aviemore store. We can only offer this free service if you are local to this store. Please contact customerservice@nevisport.com for more information.

Prices

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. Where we discover an error in the price of goods ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Prices quoted throughout our online store include standard UK VAT where appropriate.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Please note that on occasions some colours in a particular style are at a different price to others. This happens when we have discontinued a colour and have reduced the price.

Sale Items

Please note that sale product availability is not guaranteed and we will inform you by email if your chosen product(s) are sold out. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivey of sale items.

Discount offers can not be used to obtain further reduction on items already on sale.

Discount offers can not be used on electronic items.

Delivery

Our aim, but not guarantee, is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of ordering (orders placed Monday - Thursday). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday between 8am and 5.30pm. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year e.g. during sale times and holidays.

Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified.Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. All deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. You may specify an alternative delivery address at the time of placing the order if you choose.

Redirection of Consignment Once Despatched:
Unfortunately, we regret to say there is a £20 surcharge should be the parcel need to be re-routed to a different address once despatched (We do recommend that all orders are sent to an address where a signature is available, for example your place of work). This surcharge is levied by our couriers.

Returns

Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund providing they are received back at our returns department within 60 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form.

We recommend that all returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection. Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge.

Please note that base layers are classed as undergarments and for hygiene reasons are non-returnable unless faulty.

Consumer Right To Cancel

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of tailor-made / customised products)

Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number, either by post or email via customerservice@nevisport.com.

In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Nevisport Aquaglide Kayak Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The Nevisport Aquaglide Kayak giveaway begins at 13:00 (UK time) on 14.08.25 and ends at 23:59 (UK time) on 21.08.25. Two winners will be selected at random and notified via direct message on 22.08.25. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Nevisport, Trespass, and their affiliates are not eligible to participate or win. To qualify for entry, participants must follow @nevisport on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag two friends in the comments. Each comment containing two tagged friends counts as an entry. Sharing the post on their Instagram Story is optional but provides an additional entry. Two winners will each receive one Aquaglide kayak (model and specifications as described in the giveaway post). Each entrant must specify their preferred kayak (Chinook 100 or Chinook 120) in their comment to validate their entry. Nevisport reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize will be delivered free of charge to a mainland UK delivery address. For non-mainland UK delivery addresses, a standard delivery charge will apply. Details on delivery costs can be found at https://www.nevisport.com/delivery-costs. The giveaway product cannot be exchanged for a different model, style, or colour and cannot be returned for a refund or used as part-payment for any orders. Participation in the giveaway does not constitute a sale of goods between the winner and Nevisport. By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or social media handle for promotion and to share their name and delivery address with Nevisport for prize fulfilment purposes. The prize will be shipped via a delivery carrier chosen by Nevisport, and the delivery method (standard delivery) cannot be changed by the winner. Selection decisions are final and cannot be appealed. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. Nevisport reserves the right to modify the terms or substitute the prize at any time.

Discount Codes

Nevisport reserves the right to amend discounts and the way in which they are calculated without prior notice.

Discounts will not be available to customers who purchase any technical equipment on Nevisport, such as action cameras and GPS watches unless the offer states otherwise.

Email & SMS

Our email & SMS offers are valid for a limited period only. You will only receive an offer via email or SMS after first opting into our marketing communications. All communications will be sent from Nevisport. An offer communicated by either email or SMS cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion. To redeem an offer, simply add a product to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout, adding the promotion code before you purchase. The discount value will be deducted from your subtotal excluding your delivery charge unless stated otherwise on the offer terms & conditions.

The discount value will be distributed over the price of all items added to your order and calculated by percentage value of the item(s). If for any reason you wish to return an item, the value of the item inclusive of the discount will be refunded. A percentage discount is not transferable to another item in the order. We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Information Relating to Goods

While we will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure the information contained in the website is correct and reliable, no warranty – either express or implied – is given as to the accuracy or completeness of that information, and will not form part of the contract.

Reasonable effort has been made to try and ensure the colours of products seen on the screen are as close as possible to the ones you'll receive. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Photographs of products will vary depending on your device, and the screen's settings and resolution.

Product Disclaimer for Trespass Wetsuits

Please note that our wetsuits are appropriate for swimming, surfing and general watersport. They should not be considered fit for the purpose of extreme sporting activities including diving.
