Nevisport works with Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DHL to deliver your order. Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6.00pm, except bank holidays. All orders require a signature on receipt. Currently signatures are provided contactless.

Delivery times stated should be used as a guide and not a guarantee

If you are not at home for your order, our couriers will leave the order at a local access point and advise you of its location with a calling card.

Ordered more than 1 item? Please Note: If your order contains multiple items, these may be dispatched from different locations at different times, meaning you might receive more than one postage tracking code and multiple parcels. You can go to Track My Order to see which items are in each parcel. But don’t worry, this won’t change the delivery fee you paid for your order.

 

Christmas Delivery

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale, Black Friday, Christmas etc.) deliveries may take a little longer. During spells of bad weather, conditions may mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and or/ delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Nevisport cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. *The deadline for customers to make a purchase that will arrive before Christmas Day is Thursday 18th December. Orders placed after this date will still be despatched but are not guaranteed to arrive before Wednesday 25th December.

Changing Shipping Address

Due to increased demand at this time we cannot guarantee we can intercept orders to change the address.

Unfortunately, there is a £20 surcharge on any requests to re-route a parcel to a different address once despatched - this charge is levied by our couriers. We recommend that all orders are sent to an address where a signature is available, for example, your place of work. 

Worldwide and European Shipping

At this time we do not currently ship out with the UK.
