Delivery

We are currently receiving a high volume of orders which our Distribution Centre is working hard to process as quickly as possible. Your order may take a bit longer to arrive than usual. Our current turnaround time can be up to 5 working days, but you may recieve your parcel quicker than that. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

All our deliveries are contactless at the moment to keep customers and our courier staff safe.

Nevisport works with Parcelforce, Royal Mail and UPS to deliver your order. Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6.00pm. All orders require a signature on receipt. Currently signatures are provided contactless.

Delivery times stated should be used as a guide and not a guarantee

If you are not at home for your order, our couriers will leave the order at a local access point and advise you of its location with a calling card.

Ordered more than 1 item? Please Note: If your order contains multiple items, these may be dispatched from different locations at different times, meaning you might receive more than one postage tracking code and multiple parcels. You can go to Track My Order to see which items are in each parcel. But don’t worry, this won’t change the delivery fee you paid for your order.

Changing Shipping Address

Due to increased demand at this time we cannot guarantee we can intercept orders to change the address.

Unfortunately, there is a £20 surcharge on any requests to re-route a parcel to a different address once despatched - this charge is levied by our couriers. We recommend that all orders are sent to an address where a signature is available, for example, your place of work. 

Worldwide and European Shipping

At this time we do not currently ship out with the UK.
